- Establish a Donor-Advised Fund
- Donor-advised giving is another way of establishing a partnership between donors and activists for social change. Without the expense and paperwork required in setting up a private foundation, donors can give strong support for and become more deeply involved in social change grantmaking. Contact us for more information on Donor-Advised Funds.
- Experience Our Grantmaking More Deeply
- Are there issues you are especially passionate about? Would you like to connect with other organizations and/or individuals with similar interests? Perhaps you would consider serving on a committee of Hawai‘i People's Fund or making a site visit to a grantee? Contact us for more information.
- Learn About Socially Responsible Investing (SRI)
- Hawai‘i People's Fund has both published and gathers information on socially responsible investing. From time-to-time, HPF will sponsor a seminar on this topic. Please contact us if you are interested in SRI.
- Host A House Party
- You can help us broaden our base of support by having a small gathering at your home. This is a great way to introduce colleagues, friends and family to Hawai‘i People's Fund. Our Board of Directors and Staff will do most of the work. Contact us for more information.
Hawai‘i People's Fund mails out a newsletter quarterly and from time to time holds community events. Please contact us to be placed on our mailing list.
